Completing the building of the Chancellor of the University of SAMARRA project, SALAH AL DEEN Governorate (subcontractor)

 1- Structural and architectural designs of the building with the completion of the building and its delivery ready for use, including furniture and the surrounding spaces (roads, car parks, gardens and external corridors).

 2- The project includes fire extinguishing systems, fire alarm system, refrigeration system, communication system, power transformer, and electric generator, and includes glass facades, Aljfqim stone, and external alucobond decorative facades.

 * The Surface building area is 2,700 m2 for two floors.

 * The area covered by the roads, corridors, gardens and parking is 10,000 m2.

 * The Duration of work until completion is 100 calendar days.

 * The value of the project is IR 846,000,000 (eight hundred and forty-six million Iraqi Dinars).
