* The rehabilitation includes excavation, surface maintenance and replacing the defected ones, demolishing and rebuilding of the damaged parts of the buildings, walls scrapping, replastering and painting, removing and retiling inside the classes and in the yards, rebaring and concrete casting of the sports terraces, maintenance of the water and sewage systems, maintenance of doors and windows and replacing the damaged one, maintenance of the electric systems inside the buildings and final cleaning and handover to the beneficiary.
